No, you only need the bin file for the upgrade. I don't know why you're
having trouble upgrading. Here are the instructions you should follow.
1. Insert the sd card.
2. From the utilities menu, select application program.
3. Press k and then type "windows"
4. Select prepare sd card for upgrade.
5. download the software to the root of your card. Do not copy to a folder
on the card.
6. Connect the AC adapter.
7. Insert the sd card if it's not in the sd card slot.
8. Press reset while holding down dots 4 and 5.

Hello,
Has anyone else experienced difficulty upgrading to 7.5 Build 31? I am
running Keysoft 7.5 Build 29. As I understand it, I do not need to
download
and install the product key. However, am I supposed to download the Boot
Logger and the bin file for the upgrade? I tried this, but continue to
receive an SD card error. I am using a 128 mb SD card. I am using a
BrailleNote M. Power BT.
