Hello Leslie:
I'm not sure I got you. I thought I did, until I saw the final sentence. If
you have a file that you need in computer Braille, from the Main Menu, press F,
T, E. Go to the drive that your files are in. Select your folder, and file. If
there is more than one file, press dots 35 chord. At the "multiple-character
wild card, press Enter. You'll be asked what you want the files translated as,
and you can press dots 34 chord until you reach ASCII. Press Enter. Your grade
2 files will be there, as well as the text ones you created.
If you want to write in Computer Braille, and you still be able to read them
in Grade Two, from the Main Menu, press Options, then K. Go to the "preferred
braille grade" prompt, and press C. This allows you to write in computer
Braille, but you can still read it in Grade Two. It will still be considered a
text file, and should be, when you copy it.

Blessings,
Rhonda Stogner
