You can try BlinkNation, but most of their content is flash-based (the videos and podcasts at least). Someone would have to invite you to become a member; you cannot sign up for it yourself unless you are invited. This is to keep down spam accounts.

Have a great day,
Alex

Subject: [Braillenote] social networking websites and the bn

Hi list.

I'm looking for a good social networking website that works well
with the bn. I've got a facebook account, but it's not really
accessible. The mobile version works great, but you can't really
do a lot with the mobile version so you really need access to the
full version. I also have a twitter account, but that is even
more inaccessible than facebook. I had a look at bebo, but there
was a captcha on the sign up form so i couldn't sign up. I tried
to sign up for a myspace account, but for some reason, the sign
up form wouldn't submit (there was no captcha, but the form just
reloaded with no error messages). The most accessible social
networking website i've found so far is the Zone BBS. But i want
to see what else is out there. Blind planet is sort of
accessible, but i'm having problems logging in and i can't get to
the page which allows you to request a new password.

Any suggestions? Remember, i don't have access to a computer.

Thanks.
