I realize that we probably aren't going to get any information
anytime soon, about what all the new upgrade is going to do,but,
the issue of the wireless cards is certainly something that needs
to be at the fore-front of the matter. When using the G 54 card
in my BN stuff, running 7.5 build 31, when you have the wireless
card in the machine, you can not use your Pc cards without a lot
of hassle, including the machine freezing up. I hope they
re-design or put in the drivers necessary to allow us to use our
Pc cards with the G 54, especially since one can no longer find
the Ambicom 1100s.
I think it would be considered not only courteous but helpful if
somebody who happens to be in the know, in the HW software
developing officialdom, could or would take a bit of time to
answer this question. Better yet, if this isn't going to happen,
give us a suggestion of something that works as well as the
Ambicom 1100 so we can use the Pc cards as we do our work.
I don't think that's asking a lot to have that issue addressed.
