Hi, also keep in mind, when you connect your BrailleNote Display to
the terminal, make shure that the Serial port is the right one yor
connecting to.
You do this by pressing T for the Braille Terminal then when the
BrailleNote say "Braille Terminal Port? serial, you press inter.
You can also get a bluetooth adapter for your laptop or desktop.
That's if your computer don't have that already.
If you do have Bluetooth, just go to the Braille Options on the
computer by doing this.
IF your using the capslock key as the JAWS key, don't use that key,
use insert plus J, then press O, then L, then when it says default
display, choose the BrailleNote, if that's the one you will be using,
press tab, the com port will need to be set to the com port that the
bluetooth adapter is on. What you want to do is in the combobox, press
backspace once, type the comport, unless it's already their then you
don't have to do this.
Like Becky said, press enter, JAWS will prompt you to restart JFW so do that.
One thing you should know, when you press enter again, tab to the OK
button, and press enter.
The dialog doesn't close by itself.
I can help you off list.
It'll be better that way.

Do you use skype?

If you do, my Skype name is "Raywonder1"
Hope this helps.
I think you should talk to me on skype though, because If you want
JAWS to do what the BrailleNote does, as far as braille, then yeah,
hit me up on skype.
Oh, Becky, did you change your braille settings on JAWS from computer
Braille to Grade two? OR are you in grade two.
If your not, then I can help you do this, unless your already passed that part.
