Hi, you don't need to send the charger unless you think the problem with the 
machine is something to do with the charger. Since all chargers fit all 
machines Humanware will have a charger in the repair centre they can use for 
your machine.

I just sent my unit in for a repare, and didn't send the charger.
It's been 2 weeks, and I haven't heard from Humanware asking for the 
charger.
So, I don't think you need to send the charger with the unit.
