It may also have to do with rights.  If you got it off of a online store, it
may not work.  My files that I got from ms Urge before it shut down are wma
and don't work.

I've managed it before, check the bit rate of the file, I think some of
those don't work, but it does list that file type as supported if I remember
reading right
