Hello List and Rhonda,
Rhonda, I agree whole-heartedly with your comments. Although I
would not like to see him over-whelmed with questions,
complaints, or suggestions Maurice has always replied to my
e-mails. Like the moderators who preceded him, he has always
treated my inquiries with respect, even when they are
technologically stupid. And he always replies to me courteously.
Therefore, I never bother him with issues the list can solve for
me.
My messages to Maurice are limited because Joseph, alex, Kevin,
Rhonda and numerous others provide me with solutions to
Braillenote problems. Reading their inputs usually alleviate my
frustrations over Braillenote issues. I appreciate the
information I receive from reading this list and would like to
take this time to thank those responsible for providing it.

Subject: [Braillenote] Moderation
Hello, List:
I am one of the frustrated members of the crew, but I do want
to say one thing. Whenever I have written to Maurice with any
problem I'm having, he has never, and I mean never, hesitated to
respond. As far as Dean Jackson not training him, Andy Ridden
was the person to follow Dean. Everyone moderates differently.
Yes, it would probably be really helpful if there were some
responses. But, I just want to say that there isn't a kinder
person than Maurice, and I really appreciate his individual
responses.
Sincerely,
Rhonda Stogner
