Hi Randie,
First I would suggest taking a backup of the Keymail directory
onto an external drive, like SD or CF card.
Then use File Directory to get to the list of files in your
Keymail directory.
Use space with "i" to find out how much space is left on your
flash disk, let us know.
Then use space with "x" twice so you can check all including
hidden files in that directory.
How big are the "Email folders" and "Email folders.cdb" files?
Still in that list, use backspace with "y" to copy the "Email
folders" to the external drive.
Make sure not to put it in the same directory as the backup and
include the database file if it asks you to.
If there's not much space on flash, (if less than 20MB), try
temporarily moving files off flash to somewhere else, like a
card.
Then try the empty trash and then the free database space.
If that fails, go into KeyList, Set options I think it is and
change the Keylist file to the copy of "Email folders" on the
card.
Now try free database from within KeyList on that file.
If that succeeds, change KeyList back to it's normal file and
exit.
Then use File Directory to copy "Email folders" back from the
copy on the card into Keymail on flash over riding the one that's
there, (it's ok you still have the backup).
Now use File Directory to check both the Email folders files in
Keymail on flash and unprotect them if they are protected.
Then see if you can use KeyMail.

Subject: [Braillenote] Email help.
Hi,
I can't delete emails or move them to different folders. When I
try the BN says "the operation was completed successfuly." When I
check the inbox The emails are still there. I tried to empty the
trash folder but the BN says that 7 email were deleted when there
are 67 email in the trash folder.
The BN won't let me free up the data space either. When I try it
says that there is not enough space on the disk. Help!
