Hello Jahmal:
Due to the fact that your documents are somehow text documents,
when you see them, they will say that computer braille is
required. What you might want to do is import your document.
From Main Menu, press F, T, and I for import. You will see,
"Import from which device?" More than likely, it will say "press
Enter for file."
You will see "Import from which drive?"
Select your drive, and folder.
You will see "directory?" Press T chord to get out of the
"directory mode."
At your "list of files" prompt, press dots 35 chord. (This works
well, if you are importing more than one file, otherwise, space
down to the file you want to import.)
Select your drive and folder.
You'll be asked "is this a braille or text document? You will
press T for text. It should convert to grade two. The file
names will more than likely be in computer braille, but the
inside of the file should be grade two.
Hope this fixes the problem.
