Hi. Try this. It could be that your memo recording has filled up the space on the flash disk. Go to the file manager and press D for directory. Then find the "my memos" folder. See how many files you have in there. You may have to delete some or move them to a flash card. I have seen this happen before. If you need instructions on how to change the place where recorded memmos are stored such as keeping them on a flash card or sD card so that you won't fill up your flash disk, please let me know. I have seen this situation with the userguide several times and it was all due to the memo recordings taking up too much room.
