You need to be careful when sending out invites. For one it generates unnecessary e-mails going into our inboxes, and second, not everybody wants to know what you're inviting them too. In fact, it is considered as spam. When a site gives me the offer of sending invites, I choose not to and continue with what I need to do on there.
