Hi,
If you have anything like a USB memory stick you could transfer
the files to the SD card inserted into your BrailleNote.
Also, you might be able to use Activesync to make a connection
between the laptop and BN through a USB cable which comes with
the BN.
If you can get them talking, you can use My computer to find the
files you want copying, copy to clipboard, then go to the BN and
the root directory of the SD card and paste them there.
Otherwise, yes you will need a cardreader.

Hi all,
Today I received my wireless card. I put the card into the
compact
flash card slot and the braille note didn't do anything but
stayed on
the main menu. When I tried to press some keys it did nothing
but
stayed on main menu. I was afraid to push the card in any
further to
prevent damaging the pins in the slot. So I called up
humanware's
tech support and they tell me I need to upgrade to keysoft 7.5
build
31 or older. I got them to email me the instructions on
upgrading but
found that I need a card reader to do the upgrade. Do I put one
of
the storage cards into the card reader and load the software to
upgrade? I now have to buy a card reader and do this upgrade in
order
for the wireless card to work.
