It has a lot to do with having a classic. Resetting clears out the memory
the bn wants to use for your media file; if the memory is not empty, the
file will not load, and you get that error message. By resetting, you clear
the memory (Keysoft, and Windows running under it, is not good at this sort
of thing, which is why keyweb takes up so much memory and requires you to do
more resets).

Hi everyone. Sometimes when I go to play an mp3 on the braillenote, I get
a message saying "unable to allocate memory." I have to press the reset
button to clear this problem. has this happened to any of you? Does it
have anything to do with the fact that I have a BN classic?
