Dear Jose,

Customer service is only there to provide pricing and very basic information. I would recommend choosing Technical Support from HumanWare's phone menu, and asking one of those agents. Customer service should've also transfered you to Technical Support when they realized that they couldn't help you.

Hello; Listers, I need help. I am feeling frustrated! I called Humanware to ask about this RFBD thing that I heard earlier and guess what? Customor Service did not know what the **** I was talking about. What is this about? I thought they are suppose to know. I feel frustrated because the customor service people hardly speak any English! What is this about? Now, I'm not being discriminatory because I know how it would feel like. So please don't get me wrong. I am not writing this message to offend people and if I did I would like to appologize for this. But its the truth. I read something and then I call and I hear something else? Come on now Humanware! I just wanted to speak my mind out.
