If you have bt2.1 and can do bluetooth audio, can you transfer files
between, say, your pc and the bn over a bluetooth connection? This is
one of
the main reasons I have wanted to see bluetooth updated, and I would be
surprised if it is not in the Apex, or at least planned for the near
future.

Yes Alex the speakers are built in and are positioned just to the inside
of the Backspace and Enter keys near the bottom of the respective key
caps.
The manual will be made available as we get closer to the product ship
date.
The internal microphone is located top left of the Braille display,
adjacent to touch cursor 1.

The sound quality and volume is excellent Peggy. The Apex has high
quality elliptical speakers that are about 30mm by 20mm.
