Hi everyone,
My new BrailleNote MPower (which I ordered just before the
information about the Apex was released) arrived today, and it
seems to occasionally be freezing during resets. After I press
the reset button (and any other required keys, depending on what
kind of reset I'm doing), the BrailleNote will simply display the
message "Starting KeySoft" indefinitely. Sometimes the music
will play, but it will not take me to the main menu until after
I've reset it several times, though it doesn't do this every time
I reset it. Does anyone know why this may be happening? This
BrailleNote has been in use for all of four hours, so I'd REALLY
appreciate any advice!
