Of course, it is possible. The questions would be the operating system on
your netbook (most likely XP) and via which method - USB, serial or
Bluetooth. If Apex is involved, then the most useful method would be via
USB. If USB is set up, then the next step would be to tell the screen reader
that you are using the use the com port that is assigned to the USB port.

I am considering upgrading to an Apex QT 32 Cell and would like to be able
to use it as a Braille display connected to my net book.  Is this doable,
