Hello, I would like to thank all who are helping me out with this keysoft upgrade. I am still having trouble with my bn not properly working. here is what I am doing. I followed allexes advice and redownloaded both keysoft v 8 and nk.bin. I redid my sd card, put the nk.bin and the keysoft file in the sd card. I then revisited to Joseph's podcast again and followed it as he was doing his upgrade, in witch I still just get eight beeps in a low pitch where the Braille display goes blank. There is no percentage of numbers or nothing, I don't have the site in front of me but what I am thinking is I received my bn in December of 08 does that make a difference? I thought that I read that it said after Jan of 09 but I could be wrong and it could have been 08. to Robert, yes when you look at the instructions in the end after the install where it says if you still have trouble it looks like it is skipping number 3 might not be much but just thought I'd let you know. again look forward in your responses and thanks again.
