Hi Allison, This is something that people would be confused with... Starting from the Apex, there is no more KeySoft System Disk - in essence, Flash becomes KeySoft System Disk. This is due to changes "under the hood" - the operating system of the Apex stores everything on Flash Disk now. RAM is solely used for programs now - in previous models, half of RAM was designated as KeySoft System Disk. Tech version: This is due to the operating system of the Apex. Starting from Windows CE 5.0, the OS stores data and programs on Flash instead of using so-called "RAM DisK"; since mPower was based on windows CE 4.2/Windows Mobile 2003 OS underneath KeySoft, it would have a KeySoft System Disk (essentially a part of RAM). Compared to this, on the Apex, there is only Flash Disk (unless other drive options such as network is available if a device is connected), since it is based on Windows Embedded CE 6.0 (continuation from, and radically different than, Windows CE 5.0). Thanks for bringing this up - I will consider this FAQ for the PBWorks/Apex Corner site. Cheers, Joseph
