Hi Frank, Another option you can try if Keymail fails you and the web based method of checking email is inaccessible: http://www.mail2web.com/pda . This interface allows you to write, read and reply to emails. Unfortunately however it won't let you have access to your contact list so I would recommend you backing that up on your BrailleNote. I use this site to access my university email address and it works like a charm.
