Hi, A bit late... The battery on the Apex is different and works differently from what we were used to on the mPower. As for thumb drive issue, it appears that the drive is requesting more power from the Apex, but the machine is refusing it. Cheers, Joseph

I'm also not sure how to maintain the battery. I understand that a complete charge cycle is a good idea, but we don't seem to have any easy way to do this now. The 'support information' is not what it used to be. There now does not seem to be any way to discharge the battery quickly. Any ideas?
