Hi,
I see. As for computer braille, have a look at Braille Authority of North America website (sorry I don't have the address for it).
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: RE: [Braillenote] Writing an Underscore

Joseph, I am from the United States. Where can I learn more
about computer braille? And, I am also wanting to learn the best
way to braille on the BrailleNote so that it comes out well in
speech. Have been contemplating trying to proofread a couple of
books for Bookshare and wonder if there are special rules.
Sometimes when I am reading on the BrailleNote I see words run
together. I'm thinking this might be because people are using
braille contractions sometimes. But, since I am reading in Grade
2 I wouldn't think that would make much difference to me. I
wonder how my words look when someone sees them in print. I've
never asked if any are written together, but if the translator
works I would think things would be written as normal with all
words separated. But I know speech has a problem with some
things. Probably some braille contractions. At least, I've been
told that. I usually keep mine off. But am now going to start
using it more.
