I think I know now what happens when I get the error message.
It's after I've turned the wireless connection off. Hw told me
that when you send an e-mail, the connection is automatically
turned on, and most of the time that happens. But I think
occasionally it doesn't, which is why I immediately get that
error message once I enter my account name. Once I manually go
in and turn the wireless connection on, it's fine.
