I have been trying to figure this out. On the mPowers, you would run mac
address.exe from keysoft system disk/windows, but there is no kssd on the
apex. Go to utilities > application program (or install keysoft extension,
if application program has been removed). Select the flash disk, then the
windows folder, and see what is in there. If that does not work, look
through all the folders under the windows folder. Failing that, I am sure
tech support knows how to do this. When you find out, whether by finding mac
address.exe or from tech support, would you mind sharing it with the rest of
the list? Thanks, and sorry I could not be of more help. Once I have my apex
I should be able to figure this out more easily.
