Whilst I appreciate that it adds a step if recording any update is included,
it doesn't make sense to update any product (even with minor alterations)
without recording the information because of any problem that occurs as a
result. I actually think that, although fast in coming, that was a poor
response from Humanware.

Just so you know, this is my response from tech support
when I asked just what is in the new ks9 release. While
lacking in detail, I have to say that the speed impressed
me; not even 30 minutes and I had a reply. If any Apex
owners notice bugs have disappeared, please let me know
so I can keep the list up to date. In particular, I
wonder if the bug where all wifi options had to be set to
'yes' is gone, as well as shutting off at 10% battery?

was done with build 534. As I'm sure you are aware of with new devices
there are small things that are being corrected as they
