No, there is nothing new in keymail at all. The biggest features, as far as
I remember, are keychat (XMPP only, so no AIM or MSN chatting), support for
Audible books, a free 90 day evaluation copy of Sendero GPS included, and
support for .zip files to better support Bookshare.
