Hello:
This is odd as I have not had a problem on several
computers operating under MS Windows XP; perhaps
you are operating under Vista or 7? With those
systems there may be some additional steps.
Please let us know the versions of WE and Windows.
Best of luck.

Subject: [Braillenote] setting up a braille terminal
Hi everyone. I hooked up the serial cable to my
computer and the Braille
note. I set up window-eyes to use the bn with
keyboard access. I hit t for
terminal from the main menu and hit s for serial and
enter. I tried com 1 2
3 7 8 and 9. Don't know what I'm doing wrong or not
doing but there's
nothing from the display from t he Braille note just
a blank display.
