Hi,
Try these steps:
1. Unplug the charger.
2. Take out the battery.
3. Reinsert the battery.
4. Wait ten minutes, then plug the AC adapter.
The fact that the battery monitor is sitting at 95% sounds like that the
"battery design' got kicked in - remember that Apex would not charge the
battery if the power module notes that the battery is above 90%.
In order to assist you better, could you mind give us the original charge
percentage when you've started charging up the Apex? Thanks.
Cheers,
Joseph

Don't want to sound like a knit picker, or a wingger, I've had my
Apex on charge for 8 hours and it's been at 95% for about 4 of
them. This is its second charge, the first one got to 100%
within about 4 hours.

I was replying to an email with my Apex and got this message on
the braille display
"application error, application servicesdancexe encountered a
serious error and must shut down".
I had to do a reset, holding the reset button in for some 10
seconds.

Any ideas?
Peter

Subject: [Braillenote] apex shipping mistake

Hi all,
I will have my Apex soon, but I wanted to let everyone know that
they sent
it to the wrong address. I told them the address, then called
back to
correct the address and was assured that the Apex would get to me
Tuesday or
Wednesday. Today (Thursday) I found out that the Apex arrived,
but at the
wrong place. You probably figure it went to the first address I
gave them,
before I called back to correct it... Nope, it went to my house,
in an
entirely different city from the school to which it should have
been sent. I
just thought I would send this along. I guess when you have a
couple of
addresses on file with HW, make sure they have the right one,
then make sure
a few more times, for good measure.

Have a great day,
Alex (msg sent from PC)
