I would seriously doubt it.  For one thing, while the HD standard does 
apparently support digital-only broadcasting, I really don't think anybody 
is operating in that mode mostly because the penetration of HD receivers 
isn't such that there would be a significant audience.  Also, HD is 
designed so that the receivers normally "fall back" to analog reception if 
signal quality gets poor enough to make digital reception impossible.  I 
can't feature a station giving up that capability especially given how 
limited the HD radio sales still are.

One other thing.  FM HD radio includes the ability for a station to 
broadcast multiple program "streams" at the same time.  I'm sure if a 
Braille Note could receive HD Radio, there would be support for picking 
which program stream to listen to.  You might see if there's anything on 
your Braille Note to permit that selection.

David hear we have an HD station in Houstin Texas and I am able 
to pick it up on my braillenote and it sounds great but they only 
brodcast in hd I wonder if we seacretly have an hd reseaver and 
they just haven't develuped the software because I am 100 percent 
sure that they only brodcast in HD but I am getting it just fine 
but can't get it on an regular fm radio just interested
