You can load and use some of the states and run it from the apex. However, I wouldn't run more than just a few states on the apex only those you need. The falsh drive on the apex will not hold the whole country since it has expanded to more than 10 gb.

Hi,
Yes - 8 GB is enough (I would say).
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] Apex and GPS: Is It Possible To Use GPS
Maps From theApex's Flash Disk?

I've purchased and registered Sendero GPS for the apex. I
haven't set it up
yet.
It's my understandnig that traditionally, you had to use GPS from
an
external card. And indeed, I bought a 32GB SD card with all of
the maps I
wanted to purchase?
But it seems to me that with more space available on the Apex, it
would make
sense to be able to load my state's maps onto the flash disk of
the apex,
without keeping the SD card loaded whenever I wish to use GPS.
Can this be done?
It looks like the supplied instructions are for the mPower.
Thanks!
