Of course - you can rename your book after it has been unpacked.

Hi everyone, Is there a way to "rename" files unpacked from
bookshare? Can I rename a bookshare file using the BrailleNote
rename feature? I frequently am reading two editions of a given
newspaper from bookshare. So, since now when the paper is
unzipped it just names the paper the name of the
newspaper--doesn't include the date of the paper... What I have
been doing is unpacking into a folder with the day of the
week--and deleting the paper as soon as I finish reading.
