Hi folks,
Well, thanks for alerting me to this crucial bug... I'll talk
more about it on the second post. As I always say, in order to
avoid list traffic waste, here are the answers to recent
questions:
* For Brandon: As of now (even with KeySoft 9.01), I've not heard
of any way to provide a shortcut to sign on and off instant
messaging.
* For Jack: There is an eption under Braille Display Options to
change the new line indicator. You can have it set to one, two
or three spaces between words, indenting one or two cells or just
reading the new paragraph from the beginning of the display (no
indent) or using "default" option - linear braille format (dollar
sign, p). If you want to get rid of linear braille indicator,
try using no indent.
* For Flint: there's no way to change this algorithm except
turning speech off (most likely via Speech On Request). In this
mode, Eloquence (or KeyNote Gold) will not speak anything unless
it is a speech command, for instance, read word or repeat
command. (moving from one word to next is a mutator, which sets
the cursor at the next word; reading commands are accessors, if I
got the concept right).
Well, hope this helps. The results of Nicole's question is
next...
Cheers,
Joseph
