Hi Karen:
You will be fine to say no to saving it as a keyword document.
The phrase "Save as a keyword document" means, as far as I know, that you
save it so that, upon your next opening the file on the braillenote, it
recognises ok, this file has been edited by me (the braillenote) before, so
I can read it and ask for translation options such as whether or not you
want it translated into braille or not. (note: dispite the use of this
function, yes/no will not make the slightest bit of difference to the file).
Hope your meeting was as enjoyable as meetings normally are.
Cheers, Blake.

Subject: [Braillenote] Text Files on the BrailleNote
Hi everyone,
Yesterday it was necessary for me to transfer a text file from my PC to
my BrailleNote so that I could edit it during a meeting. It is
absolutely essential that I do not loose this file, but when I go to
exit it I am asked if I want to save it as a keyword file. Ideally I
want to keep it as a text file so that I can transfer it back to my PC
but I am frightened to say no in case I lose all of my work. I am to
say no to it saving as a Keyword file, will it save everything in the
text file?
Please advise me as I really don't want to lose anything as it was a
very important meeting.
Many thanks.
Karina
