Thanks to help I received from a list member (you know who you are and
thank you again!), I was able to access the documents and books I had put on my
cf card and that showed up on the computer, but not on the PK.
I am puzzled as to why I must now do a c1-c4 reset to make files on the cf
card visible. The person who told me this said it has something to do with
memory, and that whole memory thing is still puzzling me.
I have virtually nothing stored on the flash disk on the PK itself. I do
use the address book, I have Sendero gps on it, but I have deleted the games, I
don't use the planner, there's nothing in the word processor general folder, so
what is suddenly consuming so much memory that the PK won't recognize new
documents placed on the 16-gig cf card that contains the gps maps and a couple
of books in the book reader and a few .rtf documents?
