Hi. I am very curious why eloquence is very sluggish when I
first start KeySoft after a soft reset on my mpower. I have to
wait a few seconds after it talks before I can move onto the next
item or else it will be sluggish. It was sluggish this morning
and when I opened KeyWeb, eloquence started to say the address
prompt fine, but after a few seconds eloquence started fading in
and out sort like what a light looks like. That's the only way I
can describe it.
Does anyone know if this can be fixed?
Right now eloquence is doing ok.
