Yep, those plans sound good. Providing it is at a weekend (which
I believe July 4th is) and that it is at a decent time in the UK,
unless something urgent happens offline, i'll be there.

Hi BrailleNote users, HumanWare staff and others,
I'd like to announce a tentative plan for Seventh BrailleNote
Chat for this
summer. Planned for around Independence Day weekend (around July
4), the
focus of this chat would be mostly on BrailleNote Apex. The plan
is as
follows:
Title: The Seventh BrailleNote Chat
Date: Tentatively for around July 4, 2010.
Location: Blind Cool Tech Chat Room (seating up to 25 people),
KeyChat and
via Skype (for some people).
The focus of this chat is all about BrailleNote Apex - its impact
and
future. Also planning to discuss other BrailleNote issues,
problems and
suggestions for HumanWare staff. These include possible things
with the next
KeySoft release, suggestions for opening up KeySoft and other
things.
Target audience: any current and potential BrailleNote users and
HumanWare
staff.
Because of the variability on time and participation methods, I
plan to
choose a time that is good for everyone (preferably mid-morning
for United
States, nighttime for U.K. and so forth and early morning for
Austrailia and
New Zealand). Also, the various chat methods will be "tried" for
the first
time - via Blind Cool Tech Chat room (traditional voice chat
method),
KeyChat and Skype for select persons. If you want, I may divide
the chat
session into two or more smaller sessions (to cover other world
times and
chat methods).
As always, this chat will be recorded and will be posted on my
site (and
others). If you have any ideas about this chat, please let me
know (I don't
really want to host this on my own; I need your input). And, I'd
like to
sincerely invite HumanWare staff on this upcoming chat as well.
