Hello all! I'm new to the list but had a couple of questions. I just got the BrailleNote Apex, and it is the most amazing notetaker I've ever seen or experienced! I couldn't be happier.
I don't think the routing buttons are working properly though; with my previous BrailleNote, I could push any routing button, and the cursor would immediately jump to that cell. I can't get this to happen with the Apex. It's almost like the routing buttons are dead, except for an occasional movement once every few days. Any ideas? Is there a setting that needs to be changed? I used those routing buttons all the time since I never use the speech on the BN. Also, I see that there is a chat program on the Apex, but who can we chat with? Only other BrailleNote users? Just curious. I can't get the wireless connection working yet, but that's for another day. Thanks in advance for your assistance! This Apex is truly incredible!
