Hi folks, Apparently while I was editing the Support Hotline site, I might have done something wrong and now the links on that page does not work. I've been trying to add ankers to the PBWorks page but it does not work (the insertion process) with JAWS. As a result, some links on the Support Hotline would not be active for a while (for about a day) as I restore the broken links. Sorry for the inconvenience. On that note, I need assistance in setting up a table of contents (or anker links) to some of the Support Hotline articles. The PBWorks staff has been alerted to the problem (having hard time using screen readers to insert ankers). The anker insertion is meant to simplify page navigation on long articles so that the user can jump to the relevant location faster. Again sorry for the inconvenience...
