Hi folks, The Support Hotline section of the BrailleNote PBWorks site has now been restored (all links works). In addition, thanks to a HumanWare tech support person's reminder, I've added a small statement under "Tech Specs" article that SD cards can be formatted on the BrailleNote mPower. Also on the same article, I've added a small statement that KeyView can be used by all models to output the text displayed on the BrailleNote to a computer monitor. Well, as for anker updates, PBWorks agent did told me that it'd be hard to use screen readers with their editor function, thus I decided to abandon ankers for now (unless somebody is willing to help me out here). Because of this, the future Support Hotline's Device View will just list relevant articles pertaining to the particular model of the BrailleNote. Previously, I thought I could just code several dozen ankers on articles to direct the viewer to relevant section of an article, as well as give table of contents to help navigate to the desired section of an article. However, because of current situation, this "anker" may not appear. Sorry for the inconvenience. For those who are looking for so-called "comparison article," it can be found at Apex Corner page under Comparison heading (the text was done by Alex with my formatting).
