Hi,
Oh that one... It was just a cautionary message that it may lead to memory
corruption. If a file download becomes stuck (which is somewhat unlike,
though probability remains), then you may need to reset it; after this is
done, KeySoft will announce, "memory scan" to make sure that the memory
state is clean (just like any computers that run chkdsk or similar things
when it diden't shutdown properly).

I have been reading the Apex manual, and have a question.

When discussing Key Web the user is warned to not perform a reset if
downloading a file as that could cause damage.

So...

If your unit were to be come stuck during a download, what exactly are you
supposed to do?

I didn't see an alternative given for such a scenario, but was wondering
about it.
