Hi folks, My Apex is in the shop right now, and the customer service rep told me that it's a user damage. A lot of liquid was found on the display, the motherboard and so on, requiring a complete replacement of these parts. I presume the unit arrived last week in Canada. So, I'm just asking around to see if I have enough funds to cover this repair (rehab, my bank account, etc). Just an update... Cheers, Joseph
