I know what you mean jd and it is sometimes frustrating. That Humanware won't listen to our suggestions. I mean, they do but they take forever to do the job. Humanware please step it up!

The BrailleNote could play these  Bard books from
the USA LOC- nls;   but do not.

Apparently each vender has been limited in the
number of licenses that they could initially
provide.   For the BrailleNote product line not to
support these files would be a major product flaw.
Many years ago Jonathan Mosen told me that he
expected all BrailleNotes to quickly support
playback of these books.

I wait for this as I wait for the long promised Word
support.  I do wonder exactly what "working on it"
means in Humanware speak.
