Hi folks, Just a small update to the site (the version is still 7.0). In this update, a new article entitled 'formatting an SD card' is now available under Storage section. This article goes through formatting an SD card on the mPower (via Prepare SD card for Upgrade) and on the Apex (via Support Info Mode). Also for Mr. David M's question: I decided to not update the article name - well, I understand grammar issues, but I think it is okay to keep the current name. A small teaser: If HumanWare gives me permission, I'll tell you how you can wipe out your data on the Apex (via Factory Restore)... Unless HW Tech Support says otherwise... Cheers, Joseph
