Hi, Everyone, The reason there was nothing in the messages was that my e-mail was corrupted. I've had to call tech support enough times that I've written down the directions for correcting this, which I just did. I received my Apex last Wednesday and created a new connection instead of scanning for the wireless connection I already had, but I was up and running Friday night, thanks to HW tech support. I really love the design of the Apex and the keyboard is so much quieter when writing Braille. I have Keysoft version 9 0 Build 756, or is it 56? I can't remember and I just reset it.
