Hi,
Try that - a soft reset and see what happens. Also, for better accuracy, try
using your Apex form full charge hntil it runs flat to update the gauge.

The battery meter jumped from 80 something to about 94 when the 
ac adapter was not connected.  Is it recommended that I reset my 
BrailleNote when this occurs? Hope to hear from some of you soon.
