Hi. This is a little urgent. Can you believe this? I had to
hold the reset switch in for five seconds. As soon as five
seconds came around, I saw the Apex unfreeze itself and I
released the button. It did the beep and it booted. I was very
nervous about this because when the unit first froze I was logged
onto a web page and it was reading the page title and all of a
sudden the BrailleNote just locked up. Is this known?
Oh, if the Apex freezes, can I remove the sd card? Thank you.
