Hi, and welcome to this list and to the world of the BrailleNote.
Please feel free to ask this list any question related to the bn, no
matter how simple it seems. As Joseph said: what type of unit are you
getting? That is, braille or qwerty keyboard, and what size braille
display, if any? Knowing this will help us more accurately instruct
you in the future. It also never hurts to include this information
when a question you send is regarding a braille display issue or a
particular keystroke.

The bn will not currently support aol chat through its built-in chat
program. You can go to m.ebuddy.com to chat online, though. Many on
this list use this website and find it works fine for their needs.
