Hi, Fewe things: * Under Options/Keyboard Settings, what is the prefered grade set to? * Under Word processor/Setup options, what is the default document type? To reset it to default configurations, reset the prefered grade (keyboard settings) to grade 2 and set default document type to braille document (before you attempt Clear Settings Reset).
