It has happened to me with several cards; each time, it was the fault of the card, not the bn. Still, I would go to a few other places where you have successfully picked up wifi networks in the past and scan several times, to make sure it is not something with your home router. Also, make sure to scan at least four or five times, as the first few times always come up with "no visible network", even on the Apex.
